Outside of work, Melissa volunteers her time as a violinist in the Genesee Valley Orchestra & Chorus, where she also serves on the board providing marketing expertise to help further the goals of the organization. As a dedicated mother who juggles the demands of agency life and community volunteering, her integrity, thoughtfulness, and drive more than personify what it means to be a Woman of Excellence.
